Parachute jumps and Olympic medals

We got to see the West Point parachute team compete against Air Force.  They jumped from helicopters (6 at a time) and tried to land closest to a big yellow circle.  Fun to watch!

 While we were watching the parachute team we noticed 3 people (2 girls and a boy) that were getting their pictures taken with some medals.  We looked (ie. stared) a little harder and realized that we were looking at 1 bronze, 1 silver and 1 gold medalist from the Sochi Olympics!  We chatted with them for a min and the silver medalist let us look at her medal!!  Coolest thing ever!

Haircut

Maddy HATES to have her hair brushed so her hair is often in her face so we decided to get it cut!

 Before picture...this is usually how I see her: with her hair in her face.  And yes, she is crying...because that is what she has been doing for the last few days...about EVERYTHING!

Hadley's 11 month picture

It is getting harder and harder to get a picture with these two!  Hadley is a mover and a shaker and she doesn't like to stay still for long...so this is as good as it gets!

Walking soon

The last few days Hadley has started standing up without holding on to anything.  I was able to catch her on video doing it today :)  She has already taken a few steps, so I'm sure she'll be walking soon.  Not sure if mom and dad are ready for that!!

Mimi's visit

Mimi and her friend, Marcia came for a quick visit.  We went on a quick tour of West Point and stopped at Trophy Point for a picture :)

Daddy of the year

The daddy of the year goes to Mark :)  Playing princesses with his little princesses!

Army Football game

We were given a few tickets to the Army vs. Ball St game.  The big boys and dad went while the littles stayed home with me.  Thankfully we stayed home because it was COLD and WET.  They still had a fun time and Army WON so that made it much nicer :)

Hadley- September
