The move

 The beginning of our moving adventure began with the arrival of the moving truck.

 We loaded up the Saab on a trailer and we were ready to go (we were hauling over 1000 lbs!)

 We let Daisy roam free in the van.  She found many interesting places to sleep on the trip, but this was the most unique!

Daisy also found her way onto the dashboard.  She thought she was pretty hot stuff up there! 

 The kids did really well on the drive.  Hadley was good for the first half of the trip but when she was done, she was done!  Thankfully she took a couple good naps each day!  She fell asleep with Sophie in her mouth and holding her ear...too cute!

This just doesn't look comfortable.  Thankfully her horns are soft(ish)

We were SO HAPPY to get out of the van and into our new house in NY.  We have a nice large deck facing the Hudson River...the view is beautiful!!

Hadley's 7 month picture

We usually get a picture of our cat, Daisy, next to Hadley but since we were in the new house the cat was FREAKING out.  So this is as good as it gets this month :)  Hadley is on the move!  She sits up well and scoots herself backwards while sitting (the hardwood helps with that!)  She hasn't quite figured out how to get her knees under her, but she is mastering the Army low crawl.  She loves food (especially off of our plates) and is still working on those pesky teeth.
