We had a great time trick or treating this year.  Everyone understood what needed to be done and they loved going to each house!

Potty training :)

Potty training is my LEAST favorite parenting task!  We are currently in the midst of potty training the youngest and it is going ok.  When we keep on her she does great, but give her some leeway and there will be a puddle somewhere in the house!  We have finally gotten her to go number 2 on the potty and she loves getting m&m's for her reward :)  We are hoping to have her trained by the time baby gets here AND we are hoping to get her into preschool at the start of the year!!!

Happy Adoption Day girls!

Life got busy and we missed a chance to celebrate the girls' adoption day on Oct 4.  But we did it today and they don't know any different :)  Today we celebrated them being permanent members of our family for 1 year!!  SO much has changed in this year!  We moved, they each went up an age (2 and 4), S became night time potty trained and M is on her way to being potty trained.  S is in pre-k preparing her for Kindergarten next year and we are hoping M will get into a preschool soon too :)  S is probably the most stubborn person we've ever met, but someday we will probably love her strongheadedness!  M is becoming more independent but she loves being the baby of the family (for a few more months).  They have brought much joy to our lives and lots of pink and other girly things!  We love them very much and can't imagine not having them in our family!
